Bringing Sexy Back

After word from a coworker that we did not have the bridge in Brookline on our count.  We decided that it was time to visit the Nissitissit Bridge in Brookline.

While doing research, one source told us that in 2006, Cosmopolitan Magazine named this bridge one of the sexiest places in America.  Needless to say our interest was peaked.

We headed south, enjoying the twists and turns and the scenery that Brookline had to offer.  As we drove down the hill that was Route 13, this is what we saw:

We were disappointed in this tiny bridge.  We wondered how this could be one of the sexiest places in America...
Then we looked to the right and saw this...

Look over there!  It is the REAL bridge!

The Nissitissit Bridge has its own bulletin board.

Natalie and the  Nissitissit!

Lots of pretty views from this bridge.

Natalie enjoying the view!

Another, sexy view!

The actual bridge was pretty long.

The Nissitissit is 110 feet long!

It is a very charming bridge.

Natalie poses with the bridge.

This bridge could use a leaf blower.  I haven't said that about a bridge before!

Here is a view of the Nissitissit in its natural habitat.  So, while this is a cute bridge, the jury is still out whether this bridge should be in the running for sexiest place in NH, let alone the country.

While we ordered the covered bridges of NH in terms of sexiness, we decided to stop for "dinner." We ran into a follower of blog at this pit stop.

I ordered a small cone...The ice cream didn't really seem to fit on the cone.  These are the difficult problems that develop during summer adventures.

Gotta love NH!
