Santa loves a covered bridge!

Next it was onto the Littleton River Walk.

The Littleton River Walk is a long, foot bridge that spans the Ammonoosuc River.
This bridge was built in 2004.

The bridge connects the senior center and senior housing to the downtown area.

Fine craftsmanship!

A very pretty setting.

Shortly after this picture was taken, a walker asked if we were scared yet.  Confused we said no.  We told us to check out the suspension bridge up the river.

The underbelly of the River Walk.

Oh look, it is the suspension cable.

It doesn't look scary.

Well not THAT scary.

Maybe a little bit scary...

A nice view of the Riverwalk.

Almost there!

This is when the bridge started creaking and swaying.

Phew, made it!
We will NOT be blogging about the suspension bridges of NH anytime soon.

There was even a covered bridge mural on Main Street in Littleton.  On to the next stop...

Santa's Village!

Santa loves his covered bridges.

This bridge even sings Christmas carols!

Not many bridges have a penguin with them!

After our research, we might as well check out the reindeer.

Natalie and the reindeer.

Angry reindeer, kind of like Angry Birds...

Aerial view of Santa's bridge.

Looking for some sweet treats...I mean sweet seats!

Waiting to see the man of the hour.  We were amused by the young boy in front of us, who taught us about Christmas customs in other countries.

SANTA....I know him!
We asked him for a trip to a fancy hotel in northern NH...

And it was off to the  Mountain View Grand in Whitefield, NH.

Who knew there were so many mountains in one place?

Summer vacation is hard work.

Ah!  The life of a covered bridge blogger!  Santa would be proud!
